Rams' Jordan Whittington: Makes pair of catches
Whittington secured two of four targets for nine yards during Sunday's 35-7 victory against the Jaguars in London.
The second-year pro actually led all Rams wideouts in snaps played in the London contest, taking the field for 41 out of 70 snaps. Whittington wasn't able to do much with that usage, however, as Davante Adams, Terrance Ferguson and Konata Mumpfield were the targets of Matthew Stafford's five passing touchdowns on the day, with Adams garnering three by himself. Whittington hasn't hit the next level in terms of production through seven games, with a meager 12-121-0 stat line as the Rams enter their bye week. He'll look to get back on track in Week 9 in a home contest against the Saints.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Season-high three catches
Whittington secured three of four targets for 33 yards during Sunday's 17-3 victory against the Ravens.
In the wake of Puka Nacua (ankle) missing a considerable portion of the contest due to an ankle sprain, it was the second-year pro Whittington who saw the biggest uptick in play time, leading all Rams wide receivers with 49 snaps on offense. The expanded stint on the field led to only a small uptick in Whittington's stat line, although he did set season highs in catches and targets. If Nacua were to miss any time with his injury, it appears as though Whittington is most likely to step in alongside Davante Adams and assume a larger role, especially if Tutu Atwell (hamstring) isn't 100 percent next week against the Jaguars.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Makes back-to-back catches
Whittington secured two of three targets for 33 yards during Thursday's 26-23 overtime loss to the 49ers.
The second-year wideout chained together catches of 22 and 11 yards in the second quarter, which led to a Kyren Williams 14-yard touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford. Whittington would see one final target head his way at the start of the second half before taking a back seat to Tutu Atwell, who made two huge catches of 34 and 38 yards in the third quarter and overtime, respectively. Atwell also easily outpaced Whittington in snap count (45-27). Atwell's game-breaking speed has been on display the last two weeks, and that additional element may have been a factor in his uptick in touches. Whittington will remain difficult to trust from a fantasy perspective, although a porous Baltimore defense that has given up the most points in the league is up next Week 6.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Sees boost in playing time
Whittington secured his only target for seven yards and returned two kicks for 49 yards during Sunday's 27-20 victory against the Colts.
There was a noticeable jump in snap counts for the second-year wideout, as Whittington was on the field for 60 snaps on offense, just two less than Puka Nacua and one less than Davante Adams. Despite the boost in usage, it didn't translate to fantasy success with just a single catch on the day. Tutu Atwell, Whittington's primary competition on the depth chart, burned through blown coverage for an game-winning 88-yard touchdown but also was on the field for just 21 snaps on offense. A short week before a Thursday Night Football showdown against a depleted 49ers roster is up next Week 5, and the snap counts of Whittington and Atwell will be telling as to whether the latter has reclaimed some ground on the No. 3 wideout role for the Rams.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Does little with four touches
Whittington secured two of three targets for seven yards and rushed twice for seven yards during Sunday's 33-26 loss to the Eagles.
Once again operating as the tertiary option at wideout, Whittington found little room to run when presented with opportunities and was unable to replicate the huge 40-yard catch from last week against the Titans. On the field for exactly half of the Rams' snaps on offense, Whittington seems to have secured his hold as the No. 3 wideout for the Rams, a role that is unlikely to hold much fantasy appeal given the dominance Puka Nacua and Davante Adams have in target share; 23 of Matthew Stafford's 33 pass attempts were targeted to the duo.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Makes big grab late
Whittington secured both of his targets for 42 yards during Sunday's 33-19 win against the Titans.
With the Rams looking for insurance midway through the fourth quarter, Whittington managed to find a seam and grab a dart from Matthew Stafford for a 40-yard reception, which led to a Blake Corum rushing touchdown a few plays later. Whittington has seemingly pushed past Tutu Atwell on the depth chart, but Puka Nacua and Davante Adams will likely command the majority of Stafford's attention barring an injury. However, Whittington has shown he's capable of being a primary target (13-151-0 receiving line over two games as a starter last season), which could make him an intriguing fantasy option if Nacua (who missed six games due to injury last season) or Adams (who missed four) were to miss any time.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Contributes on special teams
Whittington rushed once for five yards and returned two kicks for 60 yards during Sunday's 14-9 win against the Texans.
The second-year wideout was a victim of bad luck in his first game of the season; he had a lengthy 74-yard kick return called back on a holding penalty and a 34-yard reception called back on another holding penalty. Whittington was on the field for half of the Rams' snaps on offense, a noticeable bump over his usage in the second half of his rookie campaign and slightly more than Tutu Atwell. The duo are seemingly still battling for the No. 3 wideout spot on the depth chart heading into a Week 2 contest against a Titans defense that just limited the Broncos to 176 passing yards Week 1.

Rams' Jordan Whittington: Battling for No. 3 role
Whittington has made a strong impression at camp so far and will continue battling Tutu Atwell for the No. 3 spot at wide receiver, according to Cameron DaSilva of Rams Wire.
Whittington was also said to be a standout of training camp last year -- after the Rams drafted him in the sixth round -- and as a rookie he had 62 or more receiving yards in each of the three games in which he took 30-plus snaps. He barely played once Puka Nacua, Cooper Kupp, Demarcus Robinson and Atwell all were healthy, but Whittington could play more in 2025 after the Rams swapped out Kupp and Robinson for Davante Adams. Any upside in terms of target volume, rather than just snaps, might require Adams or Nacua missing time.
