49ers' Jauan Jennings: Gains 31 yards Sunday
Jennings (ankle/ribs/shoulder) had four receptions on seven targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 20-10 win over Atlanta.
Jennings was dealing with a myriad of minor injuries before being cleared of all designations leading up to Sunday's kick off. The 27-year-old operated as the 49ers' top wideout with Ricky Pearsall (knee) and Brandon Aiyuk (knee) still unavailable for Week 7. Jennings' 31 receiving yards and seven targets led all San Francisco receivers not named Christian McCaffrey, who carried the offense with 201 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns. Look for Jennings' production to improve alongside his health as the season progresses. Up next is a road tilt against the Texans next Sunday.

49ers' Jauan Jennings: Dodges injury designation
Jennings (ankle/rib/shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
He'll play for a second straight week, but Jennings is tough to trust in fantasy after getting just three targets last Sunday at Tampa Bay and then saying afterward that he's playing through five cracked ribs, among other injuries. He did take 77 percent of San Francisco's snaps on offense, and there's potential for a similar rate (or higher) Week 7, with Ricky Pearsall (knee) still out and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (calf) now on injured reserve.

49ers' Jauan Jennings: Stays limited at practice
Jennings (ankle/rib/shoulder) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Jennings noted after this past Sunday's loss at Tampa Bay that he played with five broken ribs and a sprained ankle, and while he mustered 77 percent (53 of 69) of the offensive snaps, the result was one catch (on three targets) for seven yards. All of Ricky Pearsall (knee, DNP), Marquez Valdes-Scantling (calf, DNP), Skyy Moore (ankle, LP) and Jordan Watkins (calf, LP) are listed on the 49ers' second Week 7 injury report, so it remains to be seen who among the five wide receivers will be available Sunday against the Falcons. Currently, Kendrick Bourne and Demarcus Robinson are the only healthy options at the position on the active roster.

49ers' Jauan Jennings: Limited in practice
San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan said Jennings (ankle/rib/shoulder) will be limited in practice Wednesday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Jennings played through five broken ribs, among other health concerns, during the 49ers' loss to Tampa Bay in Week 6, a contest in which he handled 77 percent of offensive snaps but secured just one of three targets for seven yards. While Jennings may again manage to play through his injuries at home against the Falcons on Sunday, he's combined for just three grabs for 31 yards (on seven targets) in his last two appearances. Meanwhile, Ricky Pearsall (knee) and Skyy Moore (undisclosed) are not practicing Wednesday.

49ers' Jauan Jennings: Playing through broken ribs
Jennings said after Sunday's loss to the Bucs that he played with five broken ribs against Tampa Bay, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.
Jennings missed Week 5 against the Rams with the injury but returned to the lineup Sunday against Tampa Bay. However, he was almost nonexistent in the box score, finishing with just one catch for seven yards as an afterthought in the passing game. Jennings didn't look anywhere near 100 percent health. Kendrick Bourne turned in another stellar performance, securing five of nine targets for 142 yards as Mac Jones' preferred go-to option. Jennings will be hard to trust in fantasy lineups next Sunday against Atlanta.

49ers' Jauan Jennings: Back in action Sunday
Jennings (ankle/rib) is listed as active Sunday at Tampa Bay, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
Jennings sat out a Week 5 win at the Rams due to the rib injury that he picked up during a Week 4 loss to the Jaguars. He managed to log limited sessions Thursday and Friday before the 49ers tagged him as questionable for Week 6 action. With his status now confirmed for Sunday's game, Jennings will return to a San Francisco offense that's without notables like QB Brock Purdy (toe, inactive), TE George Kittle (hamstring, IR) and Ricky Pearsall (knee, inactive). As a result, Jennings should slot in as one of QB Mac Jones' (knee) top targets along with RB Christian McCaffrey, WRs Kendrick Bourne and Demarcus Robinson and TE Jake Tonges.

49ers' Jauan Jennings: Slated to suit up Sunday
Jennings, who is questionable to play against Tampa Bay on Sunday due to an ankle injury, is expected to suit up, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Jennings missed last Thursday's overtime win over the Rams due to an ankle issue and began this week of practice as a non-participant before upgrading to limited sessions Thursday and Friday. The increased practice participation appears to be enough to allow Jennings to make his return to the field against the Buccaneers in Week 6, though official word on his status won't arrive until the 49ers unveil their inactive list 90 minutes prior to the game's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. If Jennings does indeed suit up, he should work as the team's top pass-catching option due to Ricky Pearsall (knee) already being ruled out and with tight end George Kittle (hamstring) still on injured reserve. Jennings would be working with quarterback Mac Jones (oblique/knee), who is expected to start, with Brock Purdy (toe) set to miss another contest. Schefter notes that Pearsall and Purdy could return in Week 7, so San Francisco's injury-ravaged air attack seems to be slowly getting healthier.
