Wilson suffered the injury in Week 6, but he managed to play through it Sunday against the Commanders. He worked in limited fashion last Wednesday, so it's unclear if the injury worsened or if the Cowboys are just opting to give Wilson additional rest.

Wilson picked up an injury during the Cowboys' Week 6 loss to the Panthers, which limited him in the first two practices of the week. Wilson was on the field for 77 of 82 defensive snaps (93.9 percent) during the Cowboys' Week 5 win over the Jets, finishing with eight tackles (three solo).
