Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese 1 (5.3 ounce) container whole-milk plain Greek yogurt ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, divided 2 teaspoons honey 1 tablespoon finely chopped jarred roasted red peppers 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley Cracked black pepper Crudités, crackers or pita chips for serving Directions Combine feta, yogurt, 3 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest in a food processor; process until very smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, 30 to 45 seconds. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and use a spatula or the back of a spoon to create a shallow well in the center. Drizzle with honey and the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Place peppers in the well; sprinkle with parsley, cracked pepper and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. Serve at room temperature or chilled, with crudités, crackers or pita chips.
