Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 pound center-cut salmon fillet, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2 cups) 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground pepper 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon honey Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley for garnish (optional) Directions Preheat oven to broil with rack 4 inches from heat source. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Toss salmon pieces with 2 tablespoons melted butter and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Broil until the salmon is slightly browned around the edges, 5 to 6 minutes. Remove the salmon bites from the oven; spoon about half (about 1 tablespoon) of the honey mustard evenly over the salmon bites.
