Experience

Chloe Gebacz is a culinary producer, trained chef, food stylist and recipe developer. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Chloe had a previous career in film and television production, working on major motion pictures, award-winning drama television series and unscripted TV development. In her spare time, she had a love affair with baking bread and taking pastry courses until the 2020 pandemic, when she decided to shift gears and make food her career.

After graduating from the San Francisco Cooking School with a certification in Culinary Arts, Chloe moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where she is a Senior Creative Producer, Food for EatingWell. Her upbringing focused on Italian, Polish and Midwestern home cooking, but she’s gathered a deep understanding of U.S. food history and traditions across the country’s regions and cultural communities.

She produces up to 20 recipe videos weekly and loves that every week is met with new recipes, posing new challenges. In her spare time, Chloe is an outdoors enthusiast, food history and anthropology nerd, and someone who watches way too much TV and wishes she had a dog.
