Experience

Roxana Ehsani is a registered dietitian nutritionist, board-certified sports dietitian, national media spokesperson and recipe developer. She has been quoted in hundreds of national media outlets, including EatingWell, U.S. News & World Report, Runner's World, Newsweek and many others. Roxana also appears regularly as a food and nutrition expert on television shows in Miami, Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas. Roxana started baking and cooking at a very young age and has been developing her own recipes ever since.

Roxana has a strong background in sports nutrition, having worked with professional, Olympic, collegiate and high school teams and individual athletes. She currently is an adjunct professor teaching sports nutrition at Virginia Tech.
