Kelly Plowe is a registered dietitian, nutrition communications expert and writer. Over the past 15 years, Kelly has blended her expertise in nutrition with her love for communication, working across diverse sectors, including consumer product goods, health tech and media.

As a dietitian, she plays a pivotal role in guiding individuals toward healthier lifestyles. Her expertise, honed over years of experience, and her educational background underscore her unique ability to bridge the gap between science and storytelling. Her focus and personal interest is in the connection between nutrition and mental health as well as cognitive wellness.

Kelly has written for and been quoted in publications such as EatingWell, Men's Health, Shape, Well + Good, U.S. News and World Report, Headspace, Everyday Health, Livestrong.com and Verywell Fit. She’s also a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and currently sits on the leadership team for the Dietitians in Business and Communications practice group. She is currently working on her Pilates certification.
