  INTRODUCTION ❖ In anybusiness getting quality leads is essential to keep the business growing. ❖ Lead mining allows you to generate leads from scratch directly from the database. ❖ So it is an addition to leads generated through websites or direct contact. So we can target leads based on some criteria like country, size of the company, industry to generate the most relevant leads or opportunities for your business. ❖ With the CRM app installed, you benefit from a ready-to-use contact form on your Odoo website that will generate leads/opportunities automatically.

  ❖ Goto CRM> Configuration > Settings.

  ❖ Under CRMsettings > Enable the Lead Mining > Save your changes by SAVE.

  ❖ Then GotoLeads, from leads list view Click on GENERATE LEADS.

  ❖ Clicking onthe ‘Generate Leads’ option will lead you into a pop-up window to fill in details about the lead.

  ❖ Give thenumber of leads that you want to generate from this option. ❖ Specify the Country, State, and Industry from the respective drop-down menu. ❖ Enabling the Filter on Size option will help you to define the range of the number of employees. ❖ Assign a Sales Team and Salesperson to this lead. ❖ You are also allowed to add Default Tags to the lead and after that click, the ‘Generate Leads’ button. ❖ You can also perform this function using the ‘Lead Mining Requests’ option under the Configuration menu of this module.

  ❖ For generatingleads you should have the credits so Click on Buy Credits.

  ❖ You willbe directed to this page, and from here you can buy the credits.

  ❖ We canalso generate leads From Sales > My Pipeline.

  ❖ From Configuration> Lead Mining Requests we will get the mining requests generated.
• 12.
  ❖ Here wewill get the list view of requests from status. By CREATE button we can also create new requests.
