  Enterprise We will goover how to handle a blanket order in Odoo 18 in this slide. In Odoo, a blanket order is a long-term contract with a vendor for a set amount of products or services at a fixed cost. Using this option, we can manage the repeated purchase orders easily and save our time. Introduction

  Enterprise In order tostart, we have to enable the “Purchase Agreements” in the Configuration Settings of the Purchase module. Once we enable it, a new menu will appear under the “Orders” menu in the module.

  Enterprise Under this menu,we can manage both “Purchase Templates” and “Blanket Orders”.

  Enterprise Click on the“New” button to create a new record. In the opening form view, we can choose the “Agreement Type” as “Blanket Order”. Also, we have to choose the vendor, products with quantity and unit price.

  Enterprise Once we confirmafter entering all the information, a smart button for viewing the related RFQs and a button for creating new RFQs will appear.
• 7.
  Enterprise If we createa new RFQ from this blanket order, all the details, including the vendor details, will be copied to the order. We just have to add the quantity and confirm the order.

  Enterprise Once we checkthe blanket order, the RFQ count will be updated. We can view all the RFQs that were created from this blanket order. Like this, we can manage the repeated purchase orders in Odoo.
