  Enterprise Introduction In this slide,we’ll discuss on Tips management in Odoo 18 POS module. Managing tips effectively is an important aspect of ensuring transparency and fairness in the retail and hospitality industries. Odoo 18’s Point of Sale (POS) module simplifies tip management by providing dedicated features directly within the system. These tools help streamline tip distribution while maintaining accurate financial records.

  Enterprise To manage withthe tips, we can dive into the PoS module. We can click on 3 dots and then on edit option to enable the tips.

  Enterprise In the wizardopened, we can click on Configuration->Settings to get more settings.

  Enterprise We can enablethe tips from the settings of the PoS module.

  Enterprise After saving, wecan open the point of sale by adding opening cash and then click on Open Register.

  Enterprise After entering intothe PoS session, we can add products to the orderline and continue with the payment by clicking on Payment button.

  Enterprise Since we haveenabled tips, Tips button is shown over here. We can add tip by clicking on Tips button.

  Enterprise In the popup,we can enter the amount for the tip and then click on Ok button.

  Enterprise The tip amounthas been added to the order and choose a payment method and then click on Validate button.
