Ingredients 
 • 1 small cauliflower
 • 1 tbsp. starch
 • 1 tsp. hot pepper (or sweet, but more)
 • 1 tsp. dried garlic
 • salt to taste (I have about 1 tsp without a slide)
 • 3 tbsp. olive oil

 • 50 g breadcrumbs

1. preheat the oven to 220.

2. divide the cabbage into inflorescences of approximately the same size.

3. add starch, all spices and oil, mix well.

4. add breadcrumbs (or roll each inflorescence separately), mix.

5. spread on a baking sheet, send to bake for 15-20 minutes.
