I think it would be useful if you add a link to these translations in the mass delivered message so that it will be easy for communities to find and translate this warning message.
configuration change that allows local bureaucrats to not only assign, but also remove the 'interface-admin' user right
Bureaucrats can already remove interface-admin. I think you meant admin here.

Just a reminder from "Limits to configuration changes":
Opened draft PR: https://github.com/wikimedia/language-data/pull/431
Added {{delete}} template to the translations on TW
It looks like User:Eduardoaddad published translations under wrong language:

I don't remember if this was shown at the Hackathon showcase, but it would be great if we added it to the Tech News.

What threshold would you recommend for azwiki?
Probably 100 or less. By the way, with the current default "maximum number of suggested tasks", a user could make 500 edits in just 20 days and wait another 10 days to get extendedconfirmed user group on azwiki and participate in votings and deletion discussions, instead of reaching to this naturally. I've reduced this default number to 10 after Martin's advice.
Hi @KStoller-WMF! I discussed this with Martin at the Hackathon and told him it would be nice to add a way to prevent users from abusing this feature too boost their edit count. I think this approach you are discussing of will help. I think communities will be able to change "number of first edits", right?
I also discovered this while helping the Turkish wiki community adapt their templates to dark mode at Hackathon. Thanks to Lucas for reporting it!

There is this menu in Hamburger menu -> Options but you can't access it if you are using 2017 wikitext editor.
This extension has not been deployed to any Wikimedia wiki, so it has not been tested for security or performance. Therefore, even if the request is accepted, it will take a long time.
Any reason why you use Weblate instead of translatewiki.net?

See Charts
Dead links have nothing to do with Wikimedia software.
Could you more elaborate? What is "file uploader" and what do you mean by "incorrect checksums"?
It seems that administrators should also have event-organizer user group to access some special pages, is this expected?

I meant one category, sorry about that. It seems that when I translated Linter's strings on translatewiki, I thought one of them was a new category too.
Two new linter categories have been added so I think it could be included in the Tech News
Language Evaluation: Game should be available in EN and DE
Are there plans for other languages? I think this game should not be limited to just 2 languages, I am ready to support my native language (azerbaijani) if possible.
@ifried hi, when are you going to deploy this? I could send a gerrit patch and schedule it for backport deployment if you want.
Will it be possible for volunteer developers to add custom tools/gadgets to this menu?
Also, out of curiosity: How did the azwiki community hear about the CampaignEvents extension?
As someone who follows technical news, I was aware of this extension and I have fully translated it into Azerbaijani. When periodic meetings were proposed in the offline meeting, I suggested that we could use this extension. If you look at the discussion, you can see that I started the discussion :)

I didn't check what language it was displayed in other wikis, it was in English on azwiki, now I see that the Azerbaijani language is not available in the link you provided (I have translated it now). But I still think these translations should be removed from translatewiki
(edit) Yep, it is CentralNotice. But there are no translate links
These license icons are used in LocalSettings.php files that are generated by
the installer. Although "Public domain" has been removed from the installer as
an option, the public-domain.png image needs to remain here to support older
installations that refer to it in LocalSettings.php.
