- 2. Introduction Enterprise The Knowledge module,the most recent addition to Odoo 17, will facilitate the creation and sharing of documents and articles within a company. This highly integrated module serves as an information hub where employees may share knowledge, promoting efficient internal communication. We can create and share a variety of articles and work-related knowledge with this module.
- 3. Enterprise Article comments ● Toimplement a feature where users can type "/" in an article and select a command from a list, we would typically need to customize the behavior of the article editor in the Knowledge module.

- 5. Enterprise Collaborate with portalusers ● Click on the share button and type the email address for the user and click on invite button ● Also make sure that the access will be can edit mode.

- 7. Enterprise Comments on invites ●We can add extra comments on inviting a user ● Click on the invite button there will be a popup shows on that we can add the messages for invited users

- 10. Enterprise Drag and dropto delete ● Drag and drop an article in the trash. ● We can drag the article and drop it to the trash which is shown on bottom of the page. ● We can open the trash and view the deleted articles

- 12. Enterprise Load templates ● TheLoad Template option will cause a new popup to appear when clicked. The window's left side displays templates arranged according to several categories. Users can choose a template from the relevant category, and then click the Load Template button to add it.

- 15. Enterprise Item Kanban view:stages ● A message box asking to add the items you wish to manage will appear when we click the Build an Item Kanban button. Thus, when we add an item, the Kanban view will also be added based on that item. Next, press the Insert button.
