by chasejosephine on ig   HEALTHY TORTILLAS 🌮 Only made with 3 ingredients!!! Taco Tuesday is coming up and I know y'all need a taco recipe..... like tell me you like tacos and I'll keep 'em coming. Keeping it whole and healthy 👇🏼  Recipe: 250g greek yogurt 200g all purpose flour (or oat) 1/2 tsp salt  *Combine ingredients into dough. Split dough into 8 even pieces. Roll into balls first, then use a rolling pin to make tortillas. You might need a splash of water to help create your circle shape. In a greased pan, cook for 20 seconds on each side until golden. Fill and enjoy!!!  Macros for 1 130 cals 23C, 7P, 0F *I accounted for +50g of flour for rolling*

Ingredients
 • 40 g (4 tbsp) oats or oat flour (or flour of choice)
 • 180 ml (3/4 cup) egg whites
 • 20 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) milk of choice 

Optional
 • Salt and spices (to taste)

Directions
 • If using (oat) flour, in a bowl combine together flour, egg whites, milk of choice and any additional salt and spices. Mix well. If using rolled oats, blend in a powerful blender until oats are fine flour. 
 • Heat a large non stick skillet or crepe pan with little oil or butter over medium heat.
 • Scoop 1/3 cup crepes batter over the pan and move the skillet in a circular form to spread the batter evenly. Cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes and flip.
 • Recipe gives 3 medium wraps
