**Osmania Biscuit Recipe 🍪**
Butter – ¼ cup, Ghee – ¼ cup, Powdered Sugar – ¼ cup, Maida – 1 cup, Milk Powder – 3 tbsp, Custard Powder – 1½ tbsp, Cardamom – ¼ tsp, Salt – a pinch.
**Brushing:** 2 tsp milk powder + 1 tsp custard powder + 1–2 tsp water.
Cream butter, ghee & sugar. Add dry ingredients. Mix to soft dough. Roll ½ inch thick, cut round. Brush with milk wash. Bake at 180°C for 15–20 mins till golden. Cool completely & store airtight.

Ingredients:

Ghee / Clarified Butter Cookies- 1/2 Cup
• All Purpose Flour - 1 &1/4 Cup
• Powdered Sugar - 3/4 Cup
• Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
• Milk - 2 tbsp

Method Of Preparation:

1. In a bowl ,add Ghee & Powdered Sugar , whisk until it combines well & changes to pale color.
• 2.Now seive together, flour and milk Powder, mix all together.
• 3.Add Milk and knead to a dough.
• 4.Rest this for 30 mins .
• 5.Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll to ball shape and then slightly flatten the top.Make sure there is no cracks .
• 6.Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 160°C and bake for 12 to 15 mins.
• 7.Cool down completely and then serve.
• 8.Yummy Ghee Cookies ready to be sev
