Here presenting Rose sandesh which can be made within minutes. So let's have a look at this fusion recipe.  Recipe details:  • Ingredients:  • Milk - 2 cups  • White Vinegar - 2 tspn  • Water - 2 tspn  • Rose syrup/roohafza - 2 tbspn  • Chopped Pistachios - 1/4th cup  Method:  • 1. Boil milk in a pan/kadhai and swith off the flame after 1st boil.  • 2. In a bowl add vinegar and dilute it with water.  • 3. Let the milk simmer for 5 minutes and then add vinegar slowly slowly.  • 4. 5min · 6 servings     Ingredients   10 – 12 Dates @ndmedjooldates  1/2 cup Cream cheese @krogerco ( I used Kroger original cream cheese)  1/2 tbsp honey @beerawhoney   1 tbsp Rooh Afza @hamdardroohafza  4 tbsp roasted pistachios @wonderfulpistachios   1/2 tbsp dried rose petals (optional)  INSTRUCTIONS  In a bowl add in cream cheese, honey, RoohAfza and mix well. I used braun_global  blender. Remove the pits from all the dates.  Coarsely grind the pistachios in a mortar and pestle.  Gently split each date so it breaks halfway open. I used @cutcocutlery  knife. Further, lay the dates on a plate.  With a teaspoon, gently put a dollop of the Roof Afza cream cheese mix inside each date and squeeze it together, as if to close it up again  Top off with pistachios and dried rose petals.
