To overcome laziness while studying, try these three methods:  1. The 5-Second Method: Count to 5 and start working immediately. This prevents your brain from overthinking the task and exaggerating its difficulty.  2. The 5-Minute Method: After starting with the 5-second method, work for 5 minutes and then stop. If you want to continue, go ahead. If not, take a break and try again. Repeat until you feel focused.  3. The 5-Hour Method: Avoid any distractions (phone, TV, games, socializing) for 5 hours.
