15min · 12 servings     Ingredients  • 2 cups flour  • 1 tbsp oil  • 1 egg  • 3 tbsp milk  • 1/4 cup wine   Filling  • 1 cup drained ricotta   • 1/2 cup powdered sugar   Instructions  • In a bowl, make a well into the flour and add the egg, oil, milk and wine.  • Mix until a smooth dough forms. Knead 5 minutes.  • Divide into 4 parts and roll out. Cut out 4 inch circles.  • Roll around a cannoli form and seal edges with egg white.  • Fry until golden brown and crispy. Wait until it cools down to unmold.  • For the filling, mix ingredients and fill a piping bag. Place in the refrigerator until use.  • Fill shells with ricotta cream and garnish with pistachios or chocolate.  • Enjoy!
