Grab your foam roller and stay loose with these easy glute foam rolling tips! 

🔸 Grab a foam roller and place it on the ground. 
 • 🔸 Sit on the foam roller and lean to one side. 
 • 🔸 Roll up and down and side to side to try to find or tender areas. 
 • 🔸 If you find a tight or tender area, hold for 10-20 seconds or until the pain lessens.
 • 🔸 To increase the intensity of the exercise, cross one leg over the other one and continue to look for tight or tender areas. 

🔸 Do this exercise for 2 minutes per side as many times as needed throughout the day.
