Kate Spade only accepts returns on purchases made online in the U.S. and Canada, and the company will accept returns on both full price and sale items if they are returned unused and unworn within 30 days. Items must be returned in good condition with their original tags and packaging attached. Final-sale items and outlet products are not eligible for returns. Returns will take between five and 10 days to be processed.
