You can track your Home Depot order four ways: If you have an account, log in and go to the "Order Status" page. If you checked out as a guest, go to the "Track Your Order" page, then enter the order number and the email address used during checkout. You can also use your shipping confirmation email, which includes a direct link for tracking. Finally, you can track and manage orders through the Home Depot app.

Most items (with the exception of furniture, generators, consumer electronics like TVs and a few other buys) can be returned within 90 days with proof of purchase. This includes plants, though perennials, trees, roses and shrubs have a one-year guarantee and can be returned for store credit. If you made your purchase with a Home Depot credit card, you generally have 365 days from date of purchase to receive a full refund.

You can choose a delivery date during checkout. Home Depot offers same-day, free next-day and scheduled deliveries. You can also arrange a pick-up from your local store, which is free.

Active service members, veterans and their spouses receive 10% off eligible Home Depot purchases. You will have to verify your military status through a third-party vendor.
