Mahabhuta ( Water). Blood & Urine
• The tempreture and digestion in the body is
because of Agni Mahabhuta ( Fire).
• The movements in the body is done by Vayu
Mahabhuta ( Air). Extension & Flexion
• The empty space in the body is because of Akash
Mahabhuta(Space). Intestines
Tridosha : Base of health
• These three dosha’s or biostatic energy are made
from panchmahabhut namely Space( akaash), Air
( Vayu), fire ( Agni), Earth( Prithvi) Water( jal).
These dosha’s known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
• This dosha’s are responsible for all biological,
physiological and phycological functions of
human body
• Health of a person depends on the balance of 3
Dosha’s that is Vata, Pitta, Kapha. Whereas the
imbalance leads to diseases.
Tridosha & Panchmahabhut
• Vata dosha = Space ( Akassh) + Air( Vayu)
