Dincharya refers to one's daily routine according to Ayurveda principles. This includes waking up before sunrise, drinking water, eliminating waste, oral hygiene like teeth cleaning, oil massage, exercise, eye washing, hair cutting, bathing, eating at proper times, wearing footwear before eating, and sleeping 6-8 hours at night. Following this daily routine helps maintain health and prevent disease according to Ayurveda.
