Recipe (serves 2)

Chia pudding 
 • 1/4 cup chia seeds
 • 1/2 cup coconut milk
 • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Bowl 
 • 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or coconut works)
 • 2 kiwis, thinly sliced
 • Handful of almonds (flaked, slivered or chopped works)
 • Drizzle of date syrup (you can use maple syrup or honey too)

Directions: 
 • In a bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk and vanilla extract. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight. If the mixture is too thick when you take it out of the fridge, add more milk and mix through. 
 • In a bowl, add yogurt and spread it out into a thin layer.
 • Top with the chia seed mixture, sliced kiwis, almonds and date syrup. Enjoy!

Recipe:

-1.5 tbsp chia seeds

- 2tbsp coconut yog

-1 tbsp sugar free syrup

-1/2 cup oat milk

-For the layers:

- 2 tbsp coconut yog

-Chopped Mango

-Fresh mint

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients and put in and air tight container in the fridge for 20mins

2. Serve the chia mix with some more yoghurt, fresh mango and mint

3. Devour!

 • * 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
 • * 1/2 cup almond milk
 • * 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
 • * 1/4 cup chia seeds
 • * 1 tbsp lime juice
 • * 4 tbsp pure maple syrup
 • * 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions: 
 • Blend all ingredients except the chia seeds in blender 
 • Pour mixture in container & add chia seeds 
 • Store in the fridge overnight or at least 6-8 hours 
 • Enjoy with fresh raspberries and coconut cream
