1 1/2 cups mixed nuts/seeds
• 1 cup organic oats
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut (can sub more seeds/oats)
• 1/2 cup unsweetened dried fruit (i did freeze dried blueberries but raisins, dates, goji berries & figs are all great!)
•2 tbsp each chia & flax seeds
1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or other oil, ghee, etc)
• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
•Pinch of sea salt
Add all of the bar mix-ins to a large bowl. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add the maple & oil & bring to a bubble. Let it bubble for a minute & then remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla & sea salt. Pour the mixture over the mix-ins & give it a good mix. Pour into a lined 8x8 baking dish & be sure to press it very firmly into the bottom so they don’t
