1 small onion diced

5 garlic chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp paprika

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Parmesan ( for thicker sauce)

3 fresh thyme sprig

1. In a medium pan, sauté onion.

2. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and all the seasoning and cook until fragrant.

3. Add the wine and let it simmer for few minutes or until all the wine is evaporated.

4. Lower the heat and stir in the cream and let it simmer for few minutes.

5. To thicken the sauce, add parmesan.

6. This sauce is best with steak, chicken, pasta or rice

7. Enjoy!

10min · 1 serving     Ingredients:  • 400 gm mushrooms ( I’ve used a mix of cremini & button mushrooms but you can use any )  • 4 Cloves of Garlic  • 2 tsp Vegan Ouster Sauce  • 2 Tbsp Oil  • 3 Tbsp Soy sauce ( Light soy)  • 2 tsp maple syrup  • 1/2 tsp Salt  • 2-3 Green onion & sesame seeds for garnish  Instructions  • Scrub well & clean the mushrooms. Give them a quick blanch in hot water for 30 seconds and then transfer in cold water. Drain the excess water.  • Heat the oil in pan and add the mushrooms, cook till they turn slightly golden from outside.  • Throw in chopped garlic, green onions and sautés for few seconds. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, maple syrup salt and cook for 1-2 minutes.  • Pour in 1/4 cup of water mixed with 2 tsp of cornstarch and cook till the sauce thickens.  • S

1. Add olive oil (2 tbs) & garlic (2 cloves minced) & sauté for about 3 minutes (medium heat) 2. Add white button mushrooms (3.5 cups), vegetable broth (4 cups), salt (1 tsp), pepper (1 tbsp). 3. Add in heavy cream (1.5 cups). Mix & adjust the heat to high to allow it all to boil. 4. Add pasta of your choice & mix until cooked. Then lastly, add the spinach (3.5 cups) & parmesan cheese (2.5 cups). Mix & enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. olive oil

⅛ tsp. red pepper flakes

1 lb. crimini or baby bella mushrooms

¼ cup white wine Use Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, or your favorite white wine.

4 cloves garlic

½ tsp. salt or to taste

2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped

2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a medium skillet. Add the olive oil, red pepper flakes, and mushrooms. Cook them for about 7-10 minutes over medium heat, until the mushrooms start browning nicely.

Add the white wine and cook until almost all of the wine has evaporated.

At this point, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Finally, add the salt, basil, and parsley. Stir, and turn off the heat. Serve these garlic mushrooms warm.
