Recipe by @milkubakinglab on Instagram - Ingredients: - 200 gr cake flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 170 gr sugar - 1 egg - 200 ml milk - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tsp lime juice - 8 gr SP - red food coloring - lime juice Mix all ingredients in high speed for 8 minutes, continue mixing with low speed for 2 minutes. Mix 80% of the batter with red food coloring Pour the batter into cupcake liner. Draw crossing line on top with lime juice. Draw your desired pattern (as shown in the video). Steam for 15 minutes.
