SINGLE SERVE BAKED BANANA BREAD OATS :⁣
 • -1/2 mashed banana⁣
 • -1/2 cup oats ( GF)⁣
 • -1/2 cup almond milk⁣
 • -1 tbsp chia seeds @iswariireland_uk ⁣
 • -1 tbsp nut butter ( for Paleo use almond)⁣
 • -1 tsp ground cinnamon ⁣
 • -1 tsp baking soda to make it Paleo ( if you don’t mind normal vegan then you can swap with baking powder)⁣
 • -1 tsp organic maple syrup ( swap with vanilla extract if you don’t mind that’s it’s not Paleo friendly )⁣
 • - 1/4 cup organic sugar free dark chocolate chips @santabarbarachocolate are Paleo friendly & vegan !⁣

Instructions;⁣
 • -mix all together , transfer to a ramekin top with more chocolate chips and bake in preheated oven at 400F /200C for 20-25 minute
