 These baked oats taste like having brownies for breakfast😋 Who wouldn’t want to have dessert for breakfast?😍

Ingredients:
 • 1 mashed banana
 • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats (60 ml)
 • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate protein powder (60 ml)
 • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
 • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any other milk) (120 ml)
 • +1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
 • 1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate chips)
 • 2. Pour into a ramekin or an oven-safe bowl. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top
 • 3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes
 • 4. Serve with some berries, for example! Enjoy!:)

 • 30 g vegan chocolate protein powder
 • 15 g cocoa oat drink powder
 • 30 g coconut blossom sugar
 • 1 tsp of baking powder
 • 80 g apple puree
 • 140 ml oat milk

Chocolate Chip Cookies:
 • 15 g Instant Oats (alternatively oat flour)
 • 10 g vegan vanilla protein powder
 • 100 g coconut yogurt
 • some oat milk
 • Chocolate Chips

Topping:
 • Chocolate Spread

Mix all ingredients and place in a bowl.

Shape the cookie dough into small cookies and top it with them. Place in the microwave for about 4 minutes and then top with chocolate spread.

Ingredients
 • 1/2 cup rolled oats
 • 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
 • Pinch of salt
 • 2/3 cup of milk
 • 1/2 banana

Chocolate Filling:
 • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
 • 1 tbsp of milk

Blend together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon & salt until you reach a flour-like texture, then add in the remaining wet ingredients & blend until fully combined. to make the chocolate filling, simply whisk together the melted dark chocolate chips & milk. pour half of the oat batter into a baking dish, dollop the chocolate filling, & cover with the remaining batter. bake at 350 for 25-30 min. I topped my oats with some toasted pecans, banana slices, & banana pecan bar.
