Oats:
• 1/2 cup oats or oats flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 TBS cocoa powder
• 2 TBS chocolate or vanilla protein powder
• 1 flax egg or regular egg
• 1/3-2/3 cup water (see notes)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Chocolate square (optional)
Hot Cocoa Sauce:
• 1 TBS chocolate or vanilla protein powder
• 2 TBS cocoa powder
• 2-3 TBS water
Optional Ingredients:
• Mini marshmallows
• Chocolate square
Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
• If using oat flour, mix all the baked oats ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. If using oats, blend all the baked oats ingredients together in a small blender.
• Pour the batter into the greased dish and press a chocolate square into the cente
