🫓Simple & Easy Ragi Roti:  ➡️Ingredients:  • ✅Water 1 cup  • ✅Sprouted Ragi flour 1 cup  • ✅Salt  • ✅Ghee  ➡️Method:  ✅Boil water with salt and 1/2 tsp ghee.  ✅ Once the water boils add the ragi flour, quickly mix with spatula, cover with lid and turn off the heat.  ✅ Let it cool down for 5 mins and knead or mix the dough with soft wants to mix it well.  ✅ Rub 1/2 tsp ghee on the mixed dough and divide the dough into equal parts.  ✅ Now roll between your palms, flatten it and dust with ragi flour.  ✅ Roll the rotis with rolling pin and cook like you would cook wheat rotis but apply little pressure.  ✅ Apply ghee and serve hot  👉🏻Tip: This dough needs to be prepared fresh and cooked before eating.  ✨✨Have Ragi Roti with lil ghee to avoid constipation.

1. To make whole wheat flour dough : take 2 C of flour, add salt and water to make dough smooth and soft dough. 2. For the stuffing: combine 1 and 1/2 C of Ragi flour, salt and water to make a smooth dough. 3. Roll a small portion of whole wheat flour dough and stuff ragi dough into it. 4. Now roll it like a Parantha and cook it on hot tawa from both sides till golden brown in colour. 5. Apply some ghee on top and serve hot with dal, Sabzi or Chutney.
