Pike Push Ups are awesome!  They are such a great tool to build shoulder strength using nothing but your body. They can help you look bigger, improve your handstand, enhance your Planche progress or simply aid in keeping your body well balance.  The best part about them is that you can customize them to fit your exact level.  Too difficult?! Decrease range by placing a yoga block between your hands or decrease load by lowering the feet.  Too easy?! Increase range by elevating the hands or increase load by elevating the feet.  The higher you elevate your feet the closer you get to an actual handstand push up and the harder your shoulders have to work.  As a bonus you can place your head down in each rep so you are not able to take advantage of muscle elasticity. It is much harder to push
