Serves 6 Around 170 cals + 12g protein  RECIPE by gheinsfitness on ig  300g cottage cheese  1 egg  1tsp baking powder  6tbsp oats (I use gluten free)  2 tbsp cacao powder  2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)  1 tbsp peanut butter (I actually used half to reduce the cals)   Blend all together and bake at 180 for around 22 mins  Let cool before you slice.  I served mine with 0% greek yoghurt to boost the protein!

Ingredients:  1 cup oats (100g)  1 cup cottage cheese (125g, full fat)  2 eggs  1 tsp baking powder  1 tsp vanilla extract  ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)  Dash of milk (if needed for blending)  ½ cup frozen blueberries (or any fruit – banana, apple, berries)  Instructions:  Add oats, cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon to a blender. If it’s too thick to blend, add a splash of milk.  Blend until smooth (about 1 minute).  Stir in blueberries (don’t blend them).  Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.  Spoon batter into the pan—cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook for another minute.  Cool on a wire rack.  Serving Ideas: Top with yogurt, banana, nut butter, or maple syrup. Base:

2x Weetbix crushed

30g vanilla protein - I use macromike vanilla buttercream (use my code amb-eliyaeats to save 10%)

1/2 tbs sweetener - I use @natvialiving

Lemon juice + zest (as much as you please)

125ml almond milk

Mix well & top with cheesecake layer

Cheesecake layer:

20g softened light cream cheese (microwave for 10 secs)

50g yogurt - I use yoproau vanilla yogurt

1/2 tbs sweetener- I use monkfruit icing sugar

Lemon juice + zest

Top with extra lemon zest + biscoff crumbs (or any biscuit crumbs)

Refrigerate overnight or minimum 1 hour & enjoy 🥰
