 • ¾ cup (175g) whole milk
 • 3 Tablespoons (40g) unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
 • 2 teaspoons (9g) instant yeast 
 • 3 cups (390g) all-purpose flour
 • ¼ cup (58g) granulated sugar
 • ½ teaspoon salt
 • 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk

For the Filling
 • ½ cup Nutella spread

For the Raspberry Simple Syrup
 • ⅓ cup raspberry jam
 • 2 Tablespoons water

Soft brioche buns filled with rich Nutella and topped with crunchy hazelnuts—perfect for a decadent treat!  Ingredients:  2 ½ cups flour 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 ¼ tsp yeast ½ cup warm milk 2 eggs ¼ cup butter, softened 1 cup Nutella Crushed hazelnuts (optional) 1 egg (for egg wash) Instructions:  In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk, eggs, and butter. Knead until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. Divide dough into 8 pieces, flatten each and fill with a spoonful of Nutella. Seal and shape into balls. Place on a baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden. #Mochi #Bun #AsianDessertRecipes #Brioche
