Ingredients:
 • 40g gluten free oats
 • 60g peanut butter (I used 1 tbsp @prozis powdered peanut butter and a splash of water for a lighter option but you can use regular peanut butter)
 • 100ml oat milk
 • 1/2 banana
 • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 • 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • A couple tsp strawberry jam

Directions:
 • Mix all ingredients (except strawberry jam) until combined. Add a couple tsp strawberry jam to the batter. Bake 20min at 180C.
 • Optional 👉🏼 spread 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 tsp strawberry over the baked oatmeal to serve.
