Ingredients :  • Milk Powder - 3/4th Cup  • Maida/ AP Flour- 1/2 Cup  • Sooji/ Semolina Flour - 1/4th Cup  • Baking Pwd - 1/2 Tsp  • Ghee - 1 Tbsp  • Warm Milk - 5 to 6 Tbsps  • Cardamom Pwd - 1/4th Tsp  • Pinch of Salt   • Sugar - 1.5 Cups   • Water - 1.5 Cups  • Lemon Juice - 2 Tsps  • Rose Water - 2 Tsps  • Cardamom Pods - 3 to 4 nos  • A pinch of Saffron   Rose Petals & Pistachios - Garnish  Process :   • * For the Gulab Jamun Dough - start by mixing milk powder, maida, sooji, baking powder & ghee - knead a semi soft dough using warm milk & cover & rest for 30 minutes   • * Meanwhile, to a saucepan, add sugar & water & cook it till a one string consistency   • * Add in the pounded cardamom pods, rose water, lime juice & a pinch of saffron - mix well  • * Once the dough has rested, a

Rich, indulgent and yummy, you are not going to be able to stop yourself from multiple servings!  Ingredients  • 200 g khoya/mawa grated  • 4 tbsp plain flour maida  • 5 tbsp milk powder unsweetened  • ¼ tsp baking soda  • 3-4 tbsp milk lukewarm  • 1 cup oil/ghee for deep frying  • 1½ cups sugar  • 1½ cups water  • 4 green cardamom pods crushed  • 1 tsp saffron strands optional  Method  • In a saucepan, add the sugar and water and cook over medium heat until the sugar melts. But with Diwali soon approaching we can’t be having just a simple sweet dish on our menu, right? The dessert needs to be just as lit! And that’s when this fusion recipe hit us! Which one? Come with us as we prep these delicious sevaiyan cups paired with gulab jamun.

Ingredients:
 • 1 tablespoon ghee
 • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
 • 3 tablespoons condensed milk
 • few drops water
 • 200g  seviyan
 • 15-20 mini gulab jamuns

Eid special dessert recipe

Gulab Jamun Ingredients ; 
 • Khoya/ mawa : 600 g
 • Plain flour: 120 g
 • Baking powder 2 tsp
 • Egg: 1 (55 g ) or use room temperature milk same quantity

Sugar syrup: 
 • Sugar: 6 cups
 • Water : 6 cups 
 • Rose water: 2 tsp
 • Saffron: few strands
 • Green cardamoms powder: 1/4 tsp

Oil for frying

Method;
 • Use a big size tray and add the Khoya ,break the khoya with hands and start kneading to make sure no grains , until its smooth and creamy in texture.
 • Add baking soda and egg, continue kneading until mix well. 
 • Start adding flour in batches, make sure not to add them all at once, (i did in 3 batches) mix well until it forms like a dough and not sticking together. 
 • After divide the dough in small and relatively equal size balls
