Ingredients: 
 • 1 pound salmon, cut into ½-inch cubes 
 • 1 tablespoon gochujang 
 • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
 • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 
 • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
 • 3 nori sheets, cut into 3-inch squares
 • ½ cup white sushi rice, cooked according to package instructions
 • 1-2 tablespoons Kewpie mayonnaise 
 • togarashi or red chili flakes, to taste
 • ½ cucumber, finely diced 
 • 2 scallions, finely sliced on the bias 
 • sesame seeds, for garnish 

Directions: 
 • Preheat the oven to 375°F and marinate the salmon. In a large bowl, add salmon cubes, gochujang, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix to combine and let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Ingredients
 • about 1 1/2 cup rice (cooked)
 • 1/2 lb salmon
 • 1 pack imitation crab (shredded kind)
 • 2 tbsp mayo 
 • 2 tbsp soy sauce
 • Sirracha to taste
 • optional: avocado and cucumber with seasame oil and soy sauce 

Directions
 • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut up Nori Sheets in large squares or use two precut seasweed sheets (i tried using one they aren't large enough) and top with rice in a cupcake tray
 • In a bowl mix together cooked salmon, crab, mayo, soy sauce and sriracha. 
 • Add the mixture on top of each "cupcake" and bake for 12-15 minutes.

RECIPE - Makes 12
 • INGREDIENTS:
 • 3 sushi nori sheets
 • 1 lb raw salmon 
 • 1 1/2 cups steamed & drained riced cauliflower 
 • 1 oz cream cheese
 • 1 Tbsp sriracha Mayo
 • 1 Tbsp liquid aminos 
 • 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil

STEPS:
 • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 
 • 2. Cut the sushi nori sheets into fourths. 
 • 3. In a bowl, mix together the riced cauliflower and cream cheese. 
 • 4. Fill each sushi nori square with some of the rice mixture and place them into a greased muffin tin. 
 • 5. Cut the salmon into chunks and then add to a bowl along with the sriracha mayo, liquid aminos and sesame oil.

a Teriyaki salmon version of the viral sushi muffin recipe. These were so delicious & fun to make🙌🏼

How to make it:
 • preheat oven to 375
 • cut two pieces of salmon into small cubes
 • in a bowl mix salmon with 1tsp garlic herb old bay , 1tsp paprika & 1tbsp teriyaki sauce
 • cut 2 nori sheets into 4 equal squares
 • scoop a tbsp of cooled rice with furikake to center & place in muffin pan (push down with a spoon or fingers) do 6 of them
 • add 4-5 salmon cubes 
 • bake at 375 for 10-15 min 
 • brush a little teriyaki to tops 
 • top with sriracha, avocado & green onions
