🫓Simple & Easy Ragi Roti: ➡️Ingredients: • ✅Water 1 cup • ✅Sprouted Ragi flour 1 cup • ✅Salt • ✅Ghee ➡️Method: ✅Boil water with salt and 1/2 tsp ghee. ✅ Once the water boils add the ragi flour, quickly mix with spatula, cover with lid and turn off the heat. ✅ Let it cool down for 5 mins and knead or mix the dough with soft wants to mix it well. ✅ Rub 1/2 tsp ghee on the mixed dough and divide the dough into equal parts. ✅ Now roll between your palms, flatten it and dust with ragi flour. ✅ Roll the rotis with rolling pin and cook like you would cook wheat rotis but apply little pressure. ✅ Apply ghee and serve hot 👉🏻Tip: This dough needs to be prepared fresh and cooked before eating. ✨✨Have Ragi Roti with lil ghee to avoid constipation.

Firstly add 1/2 cup curd and 1/4 cup milk in a mixing bowl. Add salt, a tablespoon of oil, 1/2 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 tablespoon baking powder in it. Mix them well and add 1 cup refined flour and 1 cup wheat flour in it. Knead it into a soft dough and add water if required. Rest the dough for an hour and take small portion of dough and roll it into a thick chapati. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and kalaunji in it. Roll it into thin ovals and stretch th with your hands. Now place them in pre heated oven and cover and cook it for 2 minutes. Flip it on the other side and cover amd cook for another 2 minutes.
