Heat oil in a pan. Add the ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onions & saute till the onions are translucent. Add the tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, dhaniya powder, garam masala, curry leaves & cook for 4-5 minutes, till the gravy thickens. Add in the rice & mix well. Ingredients
 • Soak 1/2kg rice in water for 15-20 min.
 • ▪️In a cooker add oil and saute 2 potato (cut in half) take them off in a plate. 
 • ▪️In same cooker add more oil if required then add 
 • Bayleaf-2
 • Cinnamon stick-1 inch 
 • Cloves -2-3
 • Green cardamom- 2
 • Black cardamom - 1
 • Cumin-1tsp
 • Onion -1 big size 
 • ▪️Saute onion until golden then add ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
 • Red chilli powder- 1tsp
 • Coriander powder-2tsp
 • Turmeric powder-1tsp
 • Garam masala-1/2tsp
 • Salt-as required add a little water and Cook until oil separates 
 • ▪️Add Tomato -1 small (cook until mushy) 
 • ▪️Now add 1cup pea and, 1/2cup carrot cook for 2 min then add soaked rice, potatoes and water cover lid and cook for 2 whistles.

Serve hot
