This simple Allam Chutney can preserve for 1 month in the fridge. Just dilute the Chutney according to your consistency. Tada you are good to go with any breakfast.   This spicy chutney pairs very well with Pesarattu, Oothappam, Idli and  Bondas!!!  Ingredients: Oil - 1/4 cup 1 tbsp Chana dal 1 tbsp Urad dal 1 tbsp Coriander 50 gms Ginger 50 gms Dry Chilies 50 gms Tamarind 100 gms Jaggery 1.5 tbsp Salt 1/2 cup Hot Water 1/2 tbsp Cumin 12-15 Garlic pods  For Tadka 3 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Mustrad 2 sprigs Curry Leaves 1/2 tsp Cumin 2 pinches Hing  Instructions: > Kindly adjust the salt tamarind jaggery according to the spice. GINGER CHUTNEY | ALLAM PACHADI
Guava Chutney (Amrood Ki Chutney)  Ingredients :  • 1 Guava cut into pieces (partially ripe)  • Chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)  • 1 chopped small Ginger Knob  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)  • Black Salt (as per taste)  • Salt as per taste  • 1 bunch of fresh Coriander  • 1 Lemon Juice  • 1 small piece of Jaggery (optional)  • Water  Method :  • In a mixer jar, take 1 Guava cut into pieces  • Add chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)  • Add 1 chopped small Ginger Knob  • Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)  • Add Black Salt (as per taste)  • Add Salt as per taste  • Coarsely grind it  • Then add a bunch of fresh Coriander  • Add 1 Lemon Juice  • Add 1 small piece of Jaggery (optional)  • Add a little Water  • Again grind the mixture to make chutney  • Enjoy this Tangy & Tasty Guava Chutne

Rava Chilla With Chutney
This Green Chutney is so versatile & here’s a simple trick to retain its green colour even after storing for days. So give it a try & let me know how you liked it 💫  Method:  • Grind 2 tbsp Raw Peanuts, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Sugar, Green Chillies & a small piece of ginger into a coarse powder  • Add in 4-5 Curry Leaves, 4 Spinach Leaves, Handful of Coriander (make sure it is freshly washed & not chopped), Lemon Juice, 4-5 ice cubes & blend. Do not add any water.  • Lastly add in the salt, mix well and store for upto 5 days in an air tight container. (Do not blend after adding salt, just mix gently, this step ensures the green colour is retained when stored)  • For Jain version, skip ginger & spinach leaves and follow the rest of the recipe as is.
