Ingredients:
1 cup grated coconut
2 tbsp roasted chana dal
1 green chili
1/2 inch ginger
Salt to taste
Water (as needed)
For Tempering:
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
5-6 curry leaves
Instructions:
Blend coconut, chana dal, chili, ginger, salt, and water to a smooth paste.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves for tempering.
Pour tempering over chutney and mix. Enjoy with dosa, idli, or rice!
