Cottage Cheese Breakfast Rounds Made by @foodiefromvt  Follow @foodiefromvt for more simple and delicious recipes   Here’s what you need:  1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 egg Sea salt Optional: black pepper, sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning  Preheat oven to 400F.  Whisk the cottage and egg until combined. Spoon into 3-4 circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 18-25 minutes until the top is lightly browned but soft to the touch. (The bottoms as shown in the video will be more browned than the top) Let cool for 5 minutes then remove and top with toppings.

- 1 cup all purpose flour - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt or cottage cheese - 1 egg 1 tbsp water - Everything bagel seasoning How to: Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl and stir together. - Add the greek yogurt and stir until the dough starts to come together. - Knead the dough into a ball, then sprinkle flour on to your counter and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it's smooth. You can sprinkle on extra flour if the dough is too sticky. - Slice the dough into 4 pieces, then roll each one out into a log then form into a circle. - Whisk together the egg and water and Make a wash - Place in Air Fryer at 350 F for 20 minutes or in the oven at 350F for 30 mins
