🥘 Super simple high protein tortilla quiche Made by @adamhoad_coaching  Recipe (4 servings):  🫓 1 Medium low carb wrap 🥚 4 Eggs 🍚 75g Low fat cottage cheese 🧀 30g Light cheddar cheese 🧀 30g Parmesan 🧀 50g Feta cheese 🍅 100g Cherry tomato 🥬 Handful spinach 🧂 Salt and pepper  1. Wrap in a pan.  2. Combine and mix spinach, eggs, tomato, spinach, cottage cheese and feta.  3. Top with cheddar and Parmesan.  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 mins. Tortilla baked eggs 🍳 Made by @iramsfoodstory  Ingredients  1 low carb large tortilla 3-4 large eggs 2 tbsp cottage cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes Hand full of baby spinach, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp red chili flakes 1 tsp oil Chives, for garnish ( optional )  Method:  Pre heat the oven to 350 F. Grease a round baking pan with oil, lay flat the tortilla wrap. Crack eggs add cottage cheese, season with salt and pepper, beat the eggs until everything is well combined. Add tomatoes and spinach, sprinkle chili flakes. Top it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
