Coconut Cream Overnight Oats -

Ingredients:
 • 1/2 cup rolled oats
 • 3/4 cup coconut milk
 • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
 • 1 TB chia seeds
 • 2 TB shredded coconut
 • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions:
 • Combine all ingredients
 • Stir well
 • Refrigerate over night
 • Top with whipped coconut cream and shredded coconut
 • Enjoy! 💋

Coconut Cream Overnight Oats
Ingredients: Creamy vanilla oats: 1 + 1/2 cups oats 2 cups soy milk 1/2 cup soy yoghurt 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla Raspberry white choc tofu pudding: 250g silken tofu 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries 1 cup dairy-free white choc buttons 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla To serve: Fresh berries, if desired Method: 1. Add all of the creamy vanilla oats ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Place in the fridge 2. If using frozen raspberries, defrost them in the microwave or over the stove. Melt the dairy-free white chocolate buttons either in the microwave or over the stove 3. To a food processor, add the silken tofu, raspberries, melted white chocolate, and remaining maple syrup and vanilla. Blitz to combine, until smooth. by @amandaducks
