Method:
 • In a pan, take oil and sauté finely chopped onions & carrots
 • Now add in finely chopped broccoli and tomatoes along with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & coriander powder and some water
 • Bring this to a boil & add instant oats
 • Mix it up and keep adding water if needed
 • Cook for 5-7mins
 • Garnish with coriander & dig in

 • 1 tbsp yogurt (25g)

 —Toppings—
 • Chocolate hard shell
 • 1 tbsp coconut oil 8g
 • 1 tbsp cacao powder 5g
 • 1 tbsp honey 10g

 —METHOD—
 • Refrigerate overnight
