Our experienced team also provides care for benign hematologic disorders. Patients have access to select Dana-Farber clinical trials exploring new cancer therapies in a local setting.

Hematology/Oncology

Medical oncology and hematology care and infusion are provided by Dana-Farber - Merrimack Valley. Infusion services include chemotherapy and immunotherapy, as well as additional medications and treatments (such as hydration). Patients will receive their infusion in private "bays."

Genetic Counseling

The genetic counseling program can help guide a personalized approach to treatment and identify a patient’s risk of developing other cancers. Our team can also help individuals with a family history of cancer to assess their cancer risk.

Clinical Trials

Patients will have access to many clinical trials through Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center, a nationally designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, and one of the largest cancer research programs in the nation. We encourage patients to speak with their health care team about clinical trial opportunities.

Nutrition Guidance

Balanced nutrition is an important part of cancer treatment and survivorship. Our registered dietitian works with patients to design a healthful diet that can help rebuild a body’s cells, improve energy levels and manage the side effects of treatment.

Social Work

Our social workers can help patients and families cope with the emotional aspects of their treatment, as well as with practical issues. We can help identify community resources such as support groups, transportation and financial assistance programs, and disability benefits.
