Shadow alter ego slideshow
This document provides instructions for an in-class activity where students will create photos combining an image of a person with a shadow alter ego. Students are prompted to think creatively about what the shadow could represent and how the person should pose to help form the shadow. Guidelines are provided for taking the photo, such as using the cast shadow technique learned in previous classes and considering background, pose, and cropping. Students are asked to plan who they will photograph, what their shadow will be, and how the person will pose, with the final product due by the end of class on Friday.
