Traditional flavors combined in a fun new way☺️ Can’t wait for you’ll to try it 🥰  Here’s how you make this at home for your loved ones ☺️  Ingredients :   • Jaggery - 2 Tbsps  • Salted Butter - 1 Tbsp  • Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsps  • Salt - 1/8th tsp   • Toasted Murmura - 2.5 Cups  • Chocolate - 1/2 Cup  Toasted Sesame Seeds - to Garish  Process :   • * Start by toasting the murmura/ rice puffs in a pan until golden brown - keep aside for later  • * Meanwhile, to a saucepan, add jaggery, a splash of water & let it dissolve completely - once it starts to simmer, add in the butter & mix it well  • * Finally, add in the condensed milk & a pinch of salt & stir constantly until the mixture thickens   • * In a bowl, mix the toasted rice puffs with the jaggery caramel until well coat

Kaju Katli Truffles - 1 cup cashews - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/4 cup water - 1 tsp ghee (more if required) - 200g melted white chocolate - cardamom powder 1. Powder 1 cup cashews and make a sungle string sugar syrup using half a cup sugar and some water. 2. Add the powdered cashew to it and let it cook for 7-8 mins till it starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add some ghee 3. Take the mix out on a parchment paper. Knead this while it is still warm for about 8 to 10 minutes. Let it cool down 4. Form round balls from this and dip them in some white chocolate and let it set in freezer for about 30 minutes before garnishing with cardamom powder and rose petals! 💙🪔
