 • 4-6 Lobster Tails
 • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
 • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
 • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
 • 1 tsp Cayenne Powder
 • Canola Oil as needed

Butter:
 • 1 cup Clarified Butter
 • 1.5 tbsp Minced Garlic
 • 1.5 tbsp Chopped Cilantro

Esquites:
 • 3-4 Corn on the Cob
 • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
 • 2 tbsp Diced Red Onions

These Steps are beginner friendly and for this Meal, you will need:   • Lobster Tails in any size   • Butter  • Seasoning- Chili, Salt, Parsley, Basil, Onions etc.   How To Prepare:   • Cut the shell of the lobster tail using a scissor.   • Carefully separate meat from shell, and place gently on top the shell.   • Clean and wash thoroughly with vinegar and cold water.   • Season lobster to your desired taste and transfer to baking pan  • Preheat oven to 400 deg and bake or you can Air fry in your oven or air fryer for 20 mins.   • Basted with remaining seasoning occasionally.  • Remove from oven, set aside to cool, and serve with a side dish of your choice. I went with seasoned Asparagus and Corn.😋😋

Lobster Sashimi - Part 2 of 4. Extracting the Meat.

1. Blanch lobster tail for 45 seconds to 1 minute in hot boiling water then place lobster tail into an ice bath to stop it from cooking. This blanching technique helps loosen the raw meat from the shell. Lobster sashimi is served raw so we do not want to cook it. 

I made the mistake of putting too little water in the pot so make sure to add enough water to submerge the entire tail when you blanch it. 

You’re probably wondering why the tail is moving when it’s dead. It’s the lobster reflexes.

2. Cut down the sides of the tail where the swimmerets/flaps are located.
